I never made a repair report. Or had nothing bad to say about Greengoods, but today I do the kid that worked on the cashier in the front he picked up the phone did he got really rude to me and he hung up the phone in my face and I told him I have a handicap child that has seizures please I need to reschedule he said OK hold on then he hung up the phone in my face then when I walked in and talk to him, he got really offensive and told me to get out and I told him if you do not like working here and helping out he shouldn’t work here. That’s sad the higher people like this to work at this kind of place I don’t care about people that are sick and need help, it was the kid in the front letting people in and I hope the manager reads and I want a callback. Thank you.

Rise has better quality and prices. Review is a direct result from interaction with general manager of Minnesota. She’s terrible. Drove an hour to be told I wasn’t approved for new vape. No big deal, asked for the vape I was approved for. The floor person stopped what she was doing just to come over and rudely explain how I would need to make an order and wait an hour. When I showed the frustration on my face she threatened me with security and police. I tried to call and complain to be told they wouldn’t take a complaint because she was the general manager of Minnesota. When I went in for the last time to use my top tier rewards I changed my order at the counter the guy said no problem about 5 minutes. Weird the general manager couldn’t do that. Please try Rise they won’t disappoint.

Once certified, the retail experience at this location is very simple. Pre-order online and simply go and pick up at your scheduled time of pickup. Trust me when I say this, the products are what they say they are and Incredibly clean and no byproducts. The cost and pricing is extremely fair. Keep up the good work being goods and thank you for your service.

I'm kind of very disappointed in green goods as the green really hasn't been that good. On top of the fact I do not like. The advertising which is false most of the time. With your new flavored vape pens. I haven't tried yet. So I can't say on the quality. But the advertising is very sketchy. I want to know what strains they are made with not what type of synthetic turpin blend you made them with. I also want to know the cut. What was the cut? How much was it cut with. Should be labeled on the package as well. I'm also disappointed in you guys showing that you have all these new strains. But there never at the store for me to purchase. I think five stars are given too easily by uneducated cannabis smokers. I also think there's a big problem with competing with other states somebody better figure. Cause I'll go drive to Michigan and Spend 3 Grand VS Spending. Three grand in my own state for garbage. And I would get more than half less in product. You're advertising of strains arevery misleading and not correct as well. And if I were to work at a cannabis store. I would know everything about the strain that I am selling. Sorry I don't mean to be so harsh but i'm just being honest. I know nobody likes honesty they can't handle it. I also wanna know why you have the limited edition strands but they're only in ground up trim. I can grind my own trim so like you should never even be selling. Trim in a store in my opinion. Your trim should be used to make concentrates. Once you grind refer you lose all the good keith. One hundred percent fact. When you grind reefer, it also dries out quicker and then becomes very Harsh to smoke, just like all your vape. Pens they are very harsh not even enjoyable to smoke. The last time I bought ground flour it tasted like pencil shavings it was nasty. One hundred percent mistake trying to sell grind flower. I think the only people that would purchase that are uneducated cannabis smokers. Or lazy people.

Treated horribly by the staff- wasn’t the 1st time but this time I’ll never spend another dime at green goods. Until recreational comes I’ll spend my money at Rise- customer service is way better. Came in because the cart I bought was stuck in the battery I bought at rise a few months ago. This cartridge got stuck and the way it was handled by the staff was horrible. First the manager tried to blame me for it being stuck when I’ve used the batter many times before. This has never happened and it for some reason became an argument. She walked away and was going to get me a new cart. When I looked away I noticed someone staring at me and it was some guy from green goods and I asked if he needs anything and he said “just doin my job” I asked if his job was to stare at me and he threatened to call the police. That is the craziest thing I have ever experienced while at green goods.
